Why "Calibrate" Legal?

Some of you may be wondering why my firm is called Calibrate Legal. Good question! I could have called it Liebman Legal, which certainly has a nice ring to it, but I decided to go with a name that conveyed what I want my service to be about.

The dictionary meaning of “calibrate” (putting aside the more mechanical meanings) is: Carefully assess, set, or adjust (something abstract).

I feel that this describes beautifully the process of giving legal advice for something that is in operation – like a business! My role as a specialist business adviser is to carefully assess your business’ legal needs, set up the necessary documents or processes, or adjust what the business already has in place. To do this really well a lawyer needs to get to know the business and the business owner. That is how I particularly enjoy working – in a partnership with a client, to help the business succeed!

If you’re interested in your business “being calibrated” please get in touch. I’d be happy to meet you for a free initial one hour consultation.
